Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the lake and promenade. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, right on the Garda lakeside. However, the dining experience had some room for improvement. Overall, a great value for the amazing stay by the lake.

I loved my room with views of the lake and promenade. It was very clean and comfortable, with ample storage space and a good size bathroom with a walk-in shower. Paying extra for this wonderful view was worth it!

The service here was top-notch. Without exception, all the staff members were friendly and helpful, especially Francesca on reception and Alex, Rey, and Emmanuel who served us. They made our stay truly enjoyable.

The location of the hotel could not have been better, right on the Garda lakeside. It was amazing to be able to enjoy the view overlooking the lake. This is a place we would gladly return to for our summer holiday.

The dining experience was generally good with a very wide choice. However, the breakfast could be improved. The restaurant ambiance was pleasant, but some items like cold scrambled eggs were not up to par.

The hotel facilities were great, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From what was available, we found them to be quite fulfilling.
